How we communicate outages

QAOnFire does not yet run a real-time status dashboard. While we're a small team, incidents are communicated directly:

If your installation is affected, we email the address on file for the impacted account. For active issues, email hello@qaonfire.dev and we'll confirm whether it's a known incident.

This page is updated manually after any incident, with a short post-mortem in the recent-incidents section above.
